杰森插座 has been part of the Academy community for over 20 years, serving as a faculty member, Chair of the 音乐 Department, Assistant 校长, 主要, 现在是校长.

副校长

伊丽莎白·坎宁安 is the Dean of Students as well as the Student Services Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of 艺术 in Fine Art and a Master of Education in Special Education at Loyola University.

Elizabeth also serves as the Director of Learning Resources.

Director of Enrollment Management

阿曼达LePard joins The Academy with over 10 years of 招生 experience in independent schools. 终身舞者, Amanda is classically trained and received a degree in 跳舞 and Communication from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point before moving to 芝加哥 to pursue a professional dance career.

Emily is a seasoned professional with multiple years of teaching experience at the Denver Center 剧院 Academy. She holds a BFA in 音乐剧 from the University of Oklahoma.

兰迪·邓肯, 土生土长的芝加哥人, has the unique privilege to be a three-time recipient of 芝加哥’s prestigious Ruth Page Award for Outstanding Choreographer of the year. He teaches worldwide and for the past twenty-two years has been on the Academy faculty.

椅子-音乐

雷切尔布朗 is a 芝加哥-based chamber musician, 独奏者, 管弦乐表现,  教育家, 艺术管理员. After three years as a regular member of the Civic Orchestra of 芝加哥, she is now the Associate 主要 Second Violin of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra and also performs with the Illinois Symphony Orchestra, Rockford Symphony Orchestra, American 音乐 Festivals Orchestra, and Fort Wayne Philharmonic.

Rachel also serves as the Classical Violin and Viola Instructor and 音乐ianship Instructor.

Chair - 音乐剧

安德鲁•罗宾逊 earned his Bachelor of 艺术 in 英语 and Religion from Rhodes College, his Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary at Columbia University, and his Master of 艺术 in Educational 剧院 from New York University. he has been a creative associate with the Wagon Wheel 剧院 for ten years where he has performed in and directed dozens of shows.

本迪克 holds a Master of Fine 艺术 in 剧院 Performance from the 芝加哥 College of Performing 艺术 at Roosevelt University as well as a Bachelor of 艺术 in 剧院 Education from Sterling College. He has worked as a professional actor for twenty years in regional markets throughout the country.

椅子-视觉艺术

马吉·干草 has taught at The Academy since 2003 and has been 视觉艺术 Department Chair since 2008. She has a Bachelor of Fine 艺术 from Pratt Institute and Master of Fine 艺术 from SUNY Buffalo.    

联席主席-人文学科

尼古拉斯Roux teaches philosophy and creative writing. He attended Kenyon College, where he earned a Bachelor of 艺术 in 英语, with concentrations in Creative Writing and Humane Studies, and served as a student associate for The Kenyon Review.

Anna earned her Bachelor of 艺术 and Master of 艺术 in French Literature from the University of Illinois, 芝加哥, where she also taught before coming to the Academy. 

大学辅导员

莎拉·朗格弗德 was a high school teacher for fifteen years and is now 大学辅导员 at The Academy. Sarah attended the University of Missouri and holds a Master of Education from The University of Illinois (芝加哥).
